The heart beat can be customized to express something unique to you; personal initials, the initials of a loved one, or the first letters of the names of all family members or children, or a private acronym. My mother and her sister would sign off their letters to each other with the acronym, “SHMILY” (see-how-much-i-love-you) which has now been adopted my cousin, my sister and me.
